GF deletes his toons while he is out buying smokes. Hilarity ensues.

The cinematography is reminiscent of blair witch. This is interesting on many levels, not the least of which is when he falls over at the end.

If her boyfriend liked restoring classic cars instead of playing WoW, would she go and set the garage on fire? What kind of person would do something like that to someone they allege to care about?

Most people don't consider gaming a valid pass-time, it ranks lower than television. Gaming males tend to end up with non-gaming females due to the inherent gender ratio, which is getting better but is still very lopsided. So, yea, this doesn't surprise me in the least.

I wonder did he think it was a hacker at that time.

You gotta wonder about that level of co-dependence in a relationship that is presented so lightly. She referred to him as her "boyfriend". That sounds like something that you could simply leave if you were unhappy with, as opposed to destroying things that the person enjoys.

I wonder what she would have preferred him be doing; watching America's next top model, or bowling?

Pretty much, it is far more social acceptable to get drunk and watch television. I don't agree with it, but yea.

I've noticed that myself at work, people ask what my hobbies are and look askance when I say, "Gaming," but the 400 lb woman sitting next to me can say "Wahtchin' A-Merry-Kin Eye-Dole" (yes, just like that) and it's accepted. Sucks, but it's true.

That's funny because I got mocked at work today for saying "I spend 12 hours a week playing video games". I'm sure plenty of the people talking shit spend way more time on their computers/televisions/doing stupid shit, but eh.

I spend 12 hours just looking at porn...

I agree with the comments herein regarding gaming/gamers, but I think the g/f did it more because of the b/f spending all of his time in WoW and not enough with her. And that is entirely understandable, even if I don't agree with deleting the toons.

On the other hand, my money is on the video being scripted. How long does it really take to get a pack of smokes? I did that between pulls a few times, much to Max's chagrin =P
