There was an exploit found in all 10.x and 9.x versions of Flash and 9.x versions of Adobe PDF Reader. It's kind of nasty, and can allow an attacker to "cause a crash and potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system." Flash 10.1 was released today, which is the only version that doesn't exhibit this flaw. They're postponing the fix for Reader until the end of the month because releasing two patches at once is "too hard on IT departments." If you're still using Adobe [Acrobat] Reader, I'd suggest using something like Foxit or PDF X-Change.
