The reason I ask this is because I work with someone who plays a belf holy pally, and our guilds match progressions neck to neck. So while everyone else talks about how hot it is and how the coffee is stale this morning, we talk about how the defile and valkyr timers seem off and how hard unchained magic sucks. Good times.

I don't talk to the people that I know that play world of warcraft. They are nerds. They also sit on the other side of the cubicle wall (and they're horde!)

Since I have worked in a call center environment for quite a while it seems there are always plenty of people that play WoW. And unlike Vas I'm not racist against the Horde players...lol

since I work at the university's cyber cafe/theater, I get about 3-5 people coming in daily to play on their externals and use our fancy wide screen computers. Funny thing is the majority of them are alliance. They're fun to talk to but then I feel a little sad inside because very few of them are in current progression and then I feel really nerdy :o.

haha my boss is like that he is not as progressed so he is always asking me for strats.

Don't feel nerdy, feel elitist. Trust me on this, it's awesome.
I haven't played in months, yet I still talk shop with others who still do. What's really fun for me, is when I convince them that I could still kick their ass in a duel because I was part of a C'Thun killing raid =P
Also, Coogan's a douche.
